2. Express Gratitude to Others. Robert tells us: “Gratitude strengthens social bonds.” So thank someone today for their kindness or support.
3. Savor Small Joys. “Gratitude turns ordinary moments into extraordinary ones.” Take a moment to appreciate something simple, like a meal or a conversation.
