#1884 Heroic Elite Training Camp

Ready to Go NEXT (NEXT!) (NEXT!!) Level?

It’s 5:22 p.m. as I type this.

I just got back from another one of my micro-Zone 2 workouts.

It was only 8 minutes and 41 seconds. I basically did one, half-mile loop around our property.

My Suunto watch tells me it was my third micro-workout of the day (along with a 15 minute 39 second micro-walk-workout at 1:31 p.m. and an 18 minute 27 second micro-walk-workout at 10:46 a.m) to go with my longer (57 minute and 30 second) sunrise burpee/pull-up/row trail workout that ended at 7:13 a.m.

My Suunto app (which I just downloaded last week to clearly track these things!) says I’ve spent 2 hours 44 minutes and 46 seconds in Zone 2 so far this week. With 3 more days in the week, I’m ahead of schedule and will easily hit my 4 hour target for the week.

Note: That’s up significantly from my 6-week average of 1 hour and 17 minutes and 53 seconds. 🤓

Yes. I’m LOVING the clear data to support my clear 3-4 hours per week Zone 2.

Now…

I bring my batphone with me on these walks in case I get struck by +1 inspiration and want to stop and immediately write a +1—a tip I learned from one of the world’s all-time best cartoonists who keeps a pad of paper near him at all times to capture any/all ideas!

But…

I don’t listen to anything while I’m out on the trail.

No music. No podcasts.

Just the sounds of nature.

I’m using these walks as pure oscillation/reboot/clear-the-mind-and-continue-crushing-it opportunities.

And…

The ideas are FLOWING.

One of the ideas I’m playing around with is something called (working title!) “Heroic Elite Training Camp.”

The basic idea?

Creating a NEXT-LEVEL Heroic program that is EXCLUSIVELY focused on helping you get into THE best Energetic state of your life.

We (scientifically!) know that our Heroic App can help boost your Energy 23% in 30 days.

And, we (scientifically!) know that our Heroic Coach program also helps people change their lives over 300 days. We’ve been blessed to receive thousands of extraordinary testimonials. It’s something I’m incredibly proud of.

But…

What I’m thinking about developing is a program that would take you to the NEXT NEXT NEXT NEXT NEXT LEVEL.

As in…

All caps bolded font…

NEXT LEVEL.

Years ago I stumbled across a great line Josh Waitzkin had on his website about working with him in one of his programs.

He said: “Don’t apply unless you’re prepared to enter a world-class training camp.”

That’s what I’m thinking about.

But…

That’s not quite the point of this +1.

This is…

I/we may or may not create that program.

But…

If we did…

I wonder…

What’s the ONE THING YOU KNOW you’d want to absolutely dominate?

Would it be hitting your ideal weight (perhaps for the first time in decades)?

Optimizing your body fat % by adding muscle and losing fat?

Getting your Oura Readiness and Sleep scores (easily and consistently) into the 90s?

Getting your resting heart rate (easily and consistently) lower than your heart rate variability?

Crushing your VO2 max and getting that into elite levels?

Conquering chronic fatigue or a chronic disease?

Trying to add a decade or three to your healthspan AND your lifespan?

And, of course…

Forging the Heroic strength that will allow us to show up most powerfully for our families and friends and communities so we can change the world together?

All of the above?

Something else?

Think about that.
