Timothy A. Pychyl, PhD, has published several scholarly articles on the topic of procrastination to improve the academic community. He has centered his research and teaching career on learning about the pattern of procrastination and how it can be changed. He is an associate professor in the Department of Psychology at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada and the Director of the Centre for Initiatives in Education. Today, he is dedicated to helping students learn how they can overcome procrastination to achieve their goals and find success.
Timothy has received many awards, including Canada’s prestigious 3M National Teaching Fellowship, during his academic career. He is also a regular blogger for Psychology Today.
